Return & Refund Policy

Returns Policy 


We hope that you will be delighted with your new product/s but if you are not 100% satisfied with your order you can return it for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of purchase. 


To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging without damage, dirt, fur or foul odour.  


Please Note:

 

  • We do not offer returns on food items, dog toys or sale items

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. 

 
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


Dog Toys


As a stockist we pride ourselves on choosing quality products that have been tested by our own dogs or those of friends before they are added to our website.


The products you receive are brand new and in excellent condition.  However, once your dog has played with a toy, we cannot offer a refund especially if it becomes damaged.


It is very important that dog toys are always given to your pet when someone is there to supervise play because dog toys are not indestructible and can become a choking or blockage hazard if they are allowed to be chewed or pulled apart.


Returns Process 


To start a return, please email us via our contact form with your order number, name, address, a brief reason for the return with photographs of the item.


We will then provide you with a return slip to print and put in with the item you are returning.


It is recommended that you use a trackable or signed for service.  Please ensure that you keep tracking numbers until you receive confirmation of a refund.  We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item and do not accept any responsibility for lost items.


Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been approved or rejected.


If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically returned via your original method of payment and within 7 working days.


If you do not receive your refund within 7 working days:

 

  1. Check your bank account again but please bear in mind that the amount refunded will be minus your original shipping and return shipping costs

  2. Contact your bank as it may take longer for the refund to be processed by them and credited back to your account

  3. If you have followed steps 1 and 2 but still not received your refund, please email again and include a copy of the original returns email.
