Postage and Packaging Policy
Important information: We currently ship to UK Mainland only (this excludes all Isles, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands). Any orders placed to these locations will be cancelled and refunded.
Postage
We aim to process and ship your order within 1-2 days when placed between Monday and Thursday. However, please note that in busy periods (such as holidays) the dispatch and delivery of orders may take longer than normal.
Orders will not be dispatched on weekends, bank holidays or any other public holiday.
Any orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday.
All our items are sent by Royal Mail or a courier service of our choice for larger orders.
We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Once your order is handed to the postal service, it is their responsibility to safely deliver your parcel. In the unlikely event of loss, please let us know immediately and also contact the postal service responsible for the delivery.

Please note that delivery time starts from the day the item is dispatched and not when the order is placed

Free delivery is available when you spend £75 or more in one transaction.

Please ensure that you check the address on your order, as any parcels marked ‘Returned to Sender’ due to an incorrect mailing address or missed delivery will be mailed again but at the expense of the buyer.
Packaging
As a company, Fido’s Favourites we feel it is more important than ever to take steps to reduce our impact on the environment. When possible, we aim to post all orders using eco-friendly packaging and most of the packaging we use can be recycled easily meaning less packaging waste is going into landfill.
We also re-use good quality packaging to send you your orders as this helps the environment and enables us to keep postage and packaging costs at a lower price.
If you receive an item that has been wrapped in bubble wrap, this has been recycled from an order we have received. We do not purchase bubble wrap and use environmentally friendly alternatives whenever possible, but we do re-use the bubble wrap which is received from our suppliers.
When possible, and if we are confident it will not affect the products ordered, we will ship orders without additional packaging to prevent needless waste.
Click and Collect
Click and collect may also be available if you live locally (Carmarthenshire) so please get in touch via the website, email or WhatsApp to discuss this option.
Product Availability
There may be instances when items purchased are sold out/unavailable on the same day of purchase, in this case we will contact you to let you know that this has happened and advise of what action needs to be taken.
Fido’s Favourites reserves the right to cancel any order, for any reason, including items being unavailable.
Bob the shop cat who turned up one day and never left. She was not microchipped and became a firm favourite with our customers and members of staff. Bob now lives with us in our home.
Although she does like to curl up in a box when given the chance, she does not have access to any of our supplies or the product packing area.
